The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms, though some discrepancies with bed sizes. The air conditioning was a bit loud but manageable for a short stay. The location is convenient for coastal exploration, close to Christchurch and Bournemouth, but limited dining options nearby. The dining experience had a good selection but slightly overpriced. The facilities were decent overall.

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, although we faced a minor issue with carpet grips being exposed by the door. The staff were pleasant and exceptionally helpful. The location was good for access to Avon Beach and close to family we were visiting. Dining options were good but a bit expensive for breakfast. Overall, a decent stay with a family-friendly atmosphere.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean, and I was delighted to see that the kids had separate beds, avoiding any potential arguments. However, the noise from friends or family next door was a bit bothersome initially, and there were some exposed carpet grips by the door that could be a safety concern for children.

The location was excellent, close to Highcliffe Castle and the beach, perfect for exploring nearby towns.
